SCOTT ELWELL (Founder / Real Estate Agent)With BAs in both Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Scott has devoted his education to studies that give him a unique perspective to help today’s homebuyer navigate an ever-changing, complicated market.Before joining Al Filippone Associates @ William Raveis , Scott spent 5 years in residential lending and 3 years in commercial portfolio management at ING Clarion (subsidiary of ING Real Estate). While working at ING, Scott was involved in the acquisition, disposition and management of over $8 billion of shopping center, office and hotel properties. Scott is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, Young Real Estate Professionals of New York and the NY Private Equity Network.Scott was born and raised in Greenwich, CT, attending Greenwich Country Day School for 12 years before going to high school at Tabor Academy. When not at work, Scott is a competitive sailor out of American Yacht Club and New York Yacht Club. Scott is involved in alumni and development activities through Trinity College’s Long Walk Society. His wife, Caroline, works as a teacher at Greenwich Academy and they have one daughter, Eliza.BILL GRAD – Contributer  -Bill Grad for Tax CollectorBill Grad, a Greenwich resident for over 30 years with his wife, Laura, is currently active in commercial real estate brokerage–a merger of his careers in retailing and real estate management.Following graduation from Princeton, Bill taught school in Greece and then served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Coast Guard Reserve. He earned his MBA from Stanford and then worked at Bloomingdales where he led retail merchandising groups while training employees in customer relations and sales.With that background, he launched, managed as CEO and CFO, and eventually sold CALL-USA, a long-distance telephone service provider. From there Bill moved into his real estate career leading one of Connecticut’s largest regional malls, Crystal Mall in Waterford, CT. He collaborated effectively with local municipalities and nonprofits and mastered a personal leadership style that actively engaged the ideas and opinions of customers and area residents. Bill’s nonprofit activities included being a board member of the Southeastern CT Chamber of Commerce, Mystic Coast & Country, SE CT American Cancer Society and Waterford Rotary.Bill’s engagement in the Greenwich community started when the Grads’ two young children, Ben and Kim, were enrolled in Glenville Elementary School and continued through their activities at Western Middle School and Greenwich High. Other community connections include involvement in United Way of Greenwich, Jewish Family Services, and the Connecticut Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Bill recently returned to Rotary when invited to join the Greenwich Rotary Club.For the last 31 years, Laura and Bill have loved living in Greenwich. The Grad’s enjoy playing golf at the Griff, tennis at Binney Park, walks and family barbeques at Todd’s Point and Byram Beach, and movie screenings and art shows at Greenwich Library. Greg is a former member of the US Sailing Team (NY Times Article). He ultimately became the top ranked American in the world in the Finn Class and was an Olympic hopeful. As a kid and young adult, you could find Julien skateboarding, fishing, and hiking around town. After graduating from GHS, he moved to Southern California with his mother, where she grew up. He enrolled in Orange Coast College, joined their crew team and surfed everyday. There, Julien learned how to rock climb from a fellow rower and he never looked back.  After a couple years in California, he decided he wanted to come home (to Greenwich). He applied and got accepted to the University of Connecticut in Stamford, CT, packed up his VW Van and drove across the country in the summer of 2008. Julien graduated from UCONN in December of 2010 with a Bachelors in Communications.In five years, Julien has become an advanced rock climbing competitor and instructor. He does freelance instruction and route setting at local gyms such as The Rock Club in New Rochelle, New York. Today, you can find him on local trails climbing boulders hidden in the vast forests of Fairfield county.  Julien has held many different jobs and has many different skill sets. One such job he enjoys the most is companioning young adults with minor and major forms of autism.  Julien is also an aspiring photographer and film maker. She has moved to this lovely town to work at Ralph Lauren on Greenwich Avenue and be closer to her family, with one sister living in town, one starting at BC and her parents residing in upstate NY.Before pursuing her MBA, Adrienne worked in mortgage backed security sales at Lehman Brothers and Private Wealth Management at a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs.  After her time in the world of investments, she decided to return to the classroom to make some changes with her career and direction of her life.  Now, Adrienne has focused on developing a client base with the lovely clientele here in town and spending time with her family.  Additionally she loves to meet to people and become engaged in her community in various ways such a enjoying the eateries in town, shopping and beautiful CT parks.
