Lake Avenue Real Estate in Greenwich, CT

In addition to houses that are listed for sale on Round Hill Road, Lake Avenue also offers a marquee address on one of the most prominent streets in Greenwich, CT.  I would include North Street in that category as well. For those of you who don’t know Greenwich that well, there are 5 main arteries leading north/south through Greenwich starting with the most eastern Riversville Road, then comes Round Hill Road, Lake Avenue, North Street and on the eastern boarder we have Stanwich Road. Of the five roads the busiest (as they are also the only ones to have exits on the Merritt) are Round Hill Road, Lake Avenue and North Street.
